Neonatal Mortality Rate (Per 1,000 Live Births) for African Countries in 1988

According to data from the World Bank, in 1988, Mali had the highest neonatal mortality rate (per 1,000 live births) in Africa (69.7), followed by Guinea (64.9), and Guinea-Bissau (64.4). On the other hand, Seychelles had the lowest neonatal mortality rate in Africa in 1988 (11.9).
