Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the citizen voting-age population for Delaware was 646,475 and represented 72.57% of the total Delaware population.

Among all Delaware counties, New Castle had the highest citizen voting-age population (384.11K), followed by Sussex (146.29K), and Kent (116.08K).

In terms of percentages, Sussex had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (75.23%), followed by Kent (72.58%), and New Castle (71.60%).
