Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 889,640 and represented 23.30% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (69.05K), followed by Ramsey (28.52K), and Dakota (8.68K).

In terms of percentages, Hennepin had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (8.52%), followed by Ramsey (8.00%), and Dakota (3.13%).
