Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 902,495 and represented 23.44% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (72.41K), followed by Ramsey (29.74K), and Dakota (9.61K).

In terms of percentages, Hennepin had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (8.82%), followed by Ramsey (8.27%), and Dakota (3.42%).
