Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 913,605 and represented 23.52% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (74.72K), followed by Ramsey (30.37K), and Dakota (10.36K).

In terms of percentages, Hennepin had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (8.98%), followed by Ramsey (8.37%), and Dakota (3.65%).
