Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 925,430 and represented 23.61% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (77.83K), followed by Ramsey (31.86K), and Dakota (11.13K).

In terms of percentages, Hennepin had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (9.22%), followed by Ramsey (8.69%), and Dakota (3.87%).
