Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for South Carolina was 925,430 and represented 26.33% of the total South Carolina citizen voting-age population.

Among all South Carolina counties, Richland had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (132.40K), followed by Charleston (77.97K), and Greenville (60.62K).

In terms of percentages, Allendale had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (72.72%), followed by Williamsburg (64.48%), and Lee (62.67%).
