Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the citizen voting-age population for Delaware was 681,605 and represented 73.57% of the total Delaware population.

Among all Delaware counties, New Castle had the highest citizen voting-age population (398.54K), followed by Sussex (157.98K), and Kent (125.10K).

In terms of percentages, Sussex had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (76.21%), followed by Kent (73.80%), and New Castle (72.51%).
