Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the citizen voting-age population for Kansas was 2,053,920 and represented 71.00% of the total Kansas population.

Among all Kansas counties, Johnson had the highest citizen voting-age population (398.24K), followed by Sedgwick (349.65K), and Shawnee (130.25K).

In terms of percentages, Decatur had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (80.72%), followed by Jewell (80.26%), and Rush (80.22%).
