Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 3,297,110 and represented 74.98% of the total Kentucky population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest citizen voting-age population (557.49K), followed by Fayette (225.71K), and Kenton (120.61K).

In terms of percentages, Lyon had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (84.94%), followed by Elliott (81.04%), and Robertson (81.00%).
