Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the citizen voting-age population for Tennessee was 4,828,365 and represented 74.29% of the total Tennessee population.

Among all Tennessee counties, Shelby had the highest citizen voting-age population (662.72K), followed by Davidson (469.67K), and Knox (337.59K).

In terms of percentages, Lake had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (82.43%), followed by Johnson (81.32%), and Pickett (81.26%).
