Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for South Carolina was 935,440 and represented 26.23% of the total South Carolina citizen voting-age population.

Among all South Carolina counties, Richland had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (134.67K), followed by Charleston (79.21K), and Greenville (62.15K).

In terms of percentages, Allendale had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (72.62%), followed by Williamsburg (64.53%), and Lee (62.50%).
