Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the citizen voting-age population for Delaware was 689,655 and represented 73.78% of the total Delaware population.

Among all Delaware counties, New Castle had the highest citizen voting-age population (400.92K), followed by Sussex (162.02K), and Kent (126.72K).

In terms of percentages, Sussex had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (76.71%), followed by Kent (73.90%), and New Castle (72.63%).
