Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 3,313,800 and represented 75.11% of the total Kentucky population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest citizen voting-age population (561.38K), followed by Fayette (227.87K), and Kenton (121.24K).

In terms of percentages, Lyon had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (84.26%), followed by Robertson (82.19%), and Elliott (81.40%).
