Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 4,547,880 and represented 75.05% of the total Missouri population.

Among all Missouri counties, St. Louis had the highest citizen voting-age population (746.45K), followed by Jackson (499.38K), and St. Charles (279.87K).

In terms of percentages, DeKalb had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (82.53%), followed by Hickory (82.35%), and Benton (81.99%).
