Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 945,515 and represented 23.75% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (83.47K), followed by Ramsey (32.98K), and Dakota (12.58K).

In terms of percentages, Hennepin had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (9.65%), followed by Ramsey (8.81%), and Dakota (4.29%).
