Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the citizen voting-age population for Delaware was 697,330 and represented 73.89% of the total Delaware population.

Among all Delaware counties, New Castle had the highest citizen voting-age population (403.64K), followed by Sussex (165.58K), and Kent (128.12K).
