Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the citizen voting-age population for Kansas was 2,069,335 and represented 71.26% of the total Kansas population.

Among all Kansas counties, Johnson had the highest citizen voting-age population (409.01K), followed by Sedgwick (354.50K), and Shawnee (130.85K).

In terms of percentages, Ellsworth had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (80.81%), followed by Pawnee (80.07%), and Republic (80.02%).
