Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 3,325,140 and represented 75.16% of the total Kentucky population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest citizen voting-age population (565.10K), followed by Fayette (230.65K), and Kenton (121.79K).

In terms of percentages, Lyon had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (84.64%), followed by Elliott (81.16%), and Morgan (80.84%).
