Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 952,790 and represented 23.76% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (85.05K), followed by Ramsey (34.40K), and Dakota (13.18K).

In terms of percentages, Hennepin had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (9.70%), followed by Ramsey (9.08%), and Dakota (4.45%).
