Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the citizen voting-age population for Alabama was 3,671,110 and represented 75.47% of the total Alabama population.

Among all Alabama counties, Jefferson had the highest citizen voting-age population (492.33K), followed by Mobile (310.68K), and Madison (269.21K).

In terms of percentages, Coosa had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (82.50%), followed by Macon (81.55%), and Choctaw (79.54%).
