Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the citizen voting-age population for Kansas was 2,077,565 and represented 71.42% of the total Kansas population.

Among all Kansas counties, Johnson had the highest citizen voting-age population (415.21K), followed by Sedgwick (356.96K), and Shawnee (131.47K).

In terms of percentages, Pawnee had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (81.60%), followed by Jewell (80.79%), and Trego (80.77%).
