Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 3,338,200 and represented 75.18% of the total Kentucky population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest citizen voting-age population (567.67K), followed by Fayette (232.52K), and Kenton (122.26K).

In terms of percentages, Lyon had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (83.26%), followed by Robertson (81.35%), and Elliott (81.30%).
