Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 4,585,995 and represented 75.30% of the total Missouri population.

Among all Missouri counties, St. Louis had the highest citizen voting-age population (746.24K), followed by Jackson (506.34K), and St. Charles (289.63K).

In terms of percentages, DeKalb had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (83.21%), followed by Hickory (83.19%), and Stone (82.54%).
