Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the citizen voting-age population for Oregon was 3,002,260 and represented 73.55% of the total Oregon population.

Among all Oregon counties, Multnomah had the highest citizen voting-age population (590.58K), followed by Washington (392.66K), and Clackamas (303.95K).

In terms of percentages, Curry had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (84.25%), followed by Sherman (82.87%), and Wheeler (81.40%).
