Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 960,075 and represented 23.78% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (86.65K), followed by Ramsey (35.86K), and Dakota (13.51K).

In terms of percentages, Hennepin had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (9.80%), followed by Ramsey (9.39%), and Dakota (4.52%).
