Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for South Carolina was 960,075 and represented 25.73% of the total South Carolina citizen voting-age population.

Among all South Carolina counties, Richland had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (141.78K), followed by Charleston (81.02K), and Greenville (65.76K).

In terms of percentages, Allendale had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (73.46%), followed by Williamsburg (64.26%), and Lee (62.63%).
