Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the citizen voting-age population for Delaware was 710,280 and represented 74.20% of the total Delaware population.

Among all Delaware counties, New Castle had the highest citizen voting-age population (405.50K), followed by Sussex (173.64K), and Kent (131.15K).

In terms of percentages, Sussex had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (77.39%), followed by Kent (74.22%), and New Castle (72.91%).
