Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the citizen voting-age population for Kansas was 2,084,735 and represented 71.62% of the total Kansas population.

Among all Kansas counties, Johnson had the highest citizen voting-age population (420.91K), followed by Sedgwick (358.55K), and Shawnee (131.76K).

In terms of percentages, Trego had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (82.04%), followed by Pawnee (81.00%), and Doniphan (80.42%).
