Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 3,349,115 and represented 75.28% of the total Kentucky population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest citizen voting-age population (568.34K), followed by Fayette (234.51K), and Kenton (122.78K).

In terms of percentages, Lyon had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (85.13%), followed by Elliott (81.49%), and Edmonson (81.22%).
