Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 4,603,770 and represented 75.41% of the total Missouri population.

Among all Missouri counties, St. Louis had the highest citizen voting-age population (746.54K), followed by Jackson (509.77K), and St. Charles (293.91K).

In terms of percentages, Hickory had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (82.99%), followed by DeKalb (82.91%), and Stone (82.70%).
