Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the citizen voting-age population for Pennsylvania was 9,778,955 and represented 76.43% of the total Pennsylvania population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia had the highest citizen voting-age population (1.14M), followed by Allegheny (956.11K), and Montgomery (614.65K).

In terms of percentages, Forest had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (93.88%), followed by Sullivan (88.00%), and Cameron (83.81%).
