Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the citizen voting-age population for Pennsylvania was 9,961,815 and represented 76.52% of the total Pennsylvania population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia had the highest citizen voting-age population (1.14M), followed by Allegheny (971.81K), and Montgomery (647.40K).

In terms of percentages, Forest had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (95.01%), followed by Sullivan (88.77%), and Cameron (82.95%).
