According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2018, the number of deaths for Illinois was 110,595. Cook County had the highest number of deaths (41,234), followed by DuPage County (6,406), and Will County (4,894). On the other hand, Calhoun County had the lowest number of deaths (41), followed by Putnam County (51), and Scott County (52).
