Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2010, there were 3,014,127 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Oregon and they represented 78.54% of the total population of Oregon in 2010. Multnomah County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (532,991), followed by Washington County (371,169), and Clackamas County (318,650). On the other hand, Wheeler County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (1,312), followed by Sherman County (1,632), and Gilliam County (1,730).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Wallowa County had the highest percentage (94.61%), followed by Grant County (93.46%), and Baker County (92.68%).
