Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, there were 3,035,000 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Oregon and they represented 77.82% of the total population of Oregon in 2012. Multnomah County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (546,003), followed by Washington County (377,801), and Clackamas County (321,622). On the other hand, Wheeler County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (1,266), followed by Sherman County (1,574), and Gilliam County (1,760).
