Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, there were 3,159,150 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Oregon and they represented 74.42% of the total population of Oregon in 2020. Multnomah County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (557,915), followed by Washington County (380,443), and Clackamas County (338,661). On the other hand, Wheeler County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (1,271), followed by Sherman County (1,676), and Gilliam County (1,784).
