Fairfax County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (562,023), followed by Virginia Beach city (277,489), and Loudoun County (226,608). On the other hand, Emporia city had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (1,526), followed by Highland County (2,156), and Charles City County (2,939).
