According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2018, the net domestic migration for Kansas was -11,194. Johnson County had the highest net domestic migration (2,640) followed by Miami County (211), and Osage County (124). On the other hand, Sedgwick County had the lowest net domestic migration (-2,399), followed by Geary County (-1,599), and Wyandotte County (-1,334).
