US Property Crime Clearance Rate By Crime Type in 2014

According to the FBI UCR data, in 2014, the clearance rate of Property Crimes for all US agencies was 20.2%. Property crimes are crimes were a property is damaged, destroyed, or stolen without the use of force against the victim.

Larceny-Theft had the highest clearance rate (23%), followed by Arson (21.7%), and Burglary (13.6%).
