US Property Crime Clearance Rate By Crime Type in 2022

According to the FBI UCR data, in 2022, the clearance rate of Property Crimes for all US agencies was 12.1%. Property crimes are crimes were a property is damaged, destroyed, or stolen without the use of force against the victim.
Arson had the highest clearance rate (25.2%), followed by Burglary (13%), and Larceny-Theft (12.4%).
