Vernon Parish had the highest birth rate (19), followed by East Carroll Parish (18.6), and St. Landry Parish (15.85). On the other hand, West Feliciana Parish had the lowest birth rate (8.95), followed by Jackson Parish (10.32), and St. Helena Parish (10.42).
