According to the US Census Bureau Vintage data estimates, in 2018, the birth rate for Louisiana was 13.01. Vernon Parish had the highest birth rate (18.94), followed by Madison Parish (15.43), and Beauregard Parish (14.9) On the other hand, Claiborne Parish had the lowest birth rate (8.35), followed by Tensas Parish (8.86), and West Feliciana Parish (9.4).
