Vernon Parish had the highest birth rate (19.52), followed by Iberia Parish (15.78), and West Baton Rouge Parish (15.58). On the other hand, West Feliciana Parish had the lowest birth rate (7.35), followed by Claiborne Parish (9.79), and Cameron Parish (10.34).
