Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, there were 4,996,168 people that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone in Tennessee and they represented 73.71% of the total population of Tennessee in 2018. Davidson County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone population (388,984), followed by Knox County (383,483), and Shelby County (333,179). On the other hand, Pickett County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic White alone (4,876), followed by Lake County (4,933), and Van Buren County (5,525).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic White alone, Scott County had the highest percentage (97.19%), followed by Hancock County (96.78%), and Pickett County (96.55%).
