US Violent Crime Clearance Rate By Crime Type in 2010

According to the FBI UCR data, in 2010, the clearance rate of Violent Crimes for all US agencies was 47.2%. Violent crimes are crimes which involve force or threat of force.

Murder and Non-Negligent Manslaughter had the highest clearance rate (64.8%), followed by Aggravated Assault (56.4%), and Rape (40.3%).
