According to the FBI UCR data, in 2011, among Iowa cities with a population of at least 10K, Storm Lake had the highest Arson Crime Rate per 100K residents (84.46), followed by Fort Dodge (63.15), Dubuque (58.68), Waterloo (58.17), and Council Bluffs (55.95).
