According to the FBI UCR data, in 2014, among Iowa cities with a population of at least 10K, Indianola had the highest Arson Crime Rate per 100K residents (105.38), followed by Ottumwa (72.6), Fort Dodge (44.85), Waterloo (43.89), and Council Bluffs (43.64).
