According to the FBI UCR data, in 2017, among Iowa cities with a population of at least 10K, Ottumwa had the highest Arson Crime Rate per 100K residents (90.18), followed by Burlington (63.42), Fort Dodge (61.65), Muscatine (54.3), and Clinton (43.08).
