According to the FBI UCR data, in 2015, among Iowa cities with a population of at least 10K, Ottumwa had the highest Arson Crime Rate per 100K residents (52.86), followed by Waterloo (52.67), Burlington (50.92), Council Bluffs (45.01), and Clinton (38.33).
